A freediving power couple, Jess and Chad have traveled the world to freedive for sport, for science, and for fun. Our favorite thing to do is share the impact that freediving has had on our lives with others. Once a competitive swimmer, Jess moved to Chicago for a job and decided she wanted more to life than going to the office and hanging out at bars.
She found a freediving course in Florida and flew down, alone, to try something new. The passion ignited and she began using all of her PTO to find new places to dive with people around the world. When she met Chad in 2023, Jess introduced him to the sport and they began to travel and train together. In March 2024, they decided to start training for competition.

Jess has both recreational and competitive freediving experience in destinations around the world.
She is a member of the 2025 United States Freediving Federation team and competed at the Indoor World Championships in Athens, Greece.
She obtained her Pranayama Instructor Certification in 2025, her AIDA and Molchanovs Freediving Instructor Certifications in 2026.
